wanted to change, what i saw missing
First hand, I have seen the gaps in the wedding industry. The overwhelm, the lack of guidance, the missed opportunities for collaboration. This was born from a desire to change that. To create a space that actually pours back into vendors, fuels their passion, and reminds them why they started.
The Collective
When the industry feels lonely, you need to find the people in the right room.

So many of us are building beautiful businesses behind the scenes, figuring things out as we go, craving connection guidance and real community. Not surface-level conversations...but genuine relationships with people who get it.

After planning weddings across multiple states and working alongside so many incredible vendors, I realized something was missing- a space where we could come together, as a competitors, but as collaborators.
​
A space where we could learn openly, grow confidently, and build relationships that actually last beyond a single event day.
​
The Wedding Collective is that space.
​
It's intentional. Its intimate. And it is designed for vendors who are ready to elevate-not just their business, but the way they show up in the industry.

Becasuse when the right people are in the right room, everything changes.

Event Detail Preview
An intentional, elevated experience designed for connection, growth & community.
This event will be hosted in the NW Arkansas area! Allowing 100 venders from all different categories. This will ensure a more intimate, high-impact environment. This isn't about filling a space, its about filling it with the right people.

This event is an application for attendees process. This allows us to curate each category, creating balanced mix of venders and ensure diverse, collaborative atmosphere- rather than an oversaturated one.
​
Our goal is simple: Every person in the room brings value, and every connection made feels meaningful.
​
The full experience will included intentional networking, educational opportunities, and space to build relationships that extend far beyond the event itself.

Application & Registration Process
To ensure a well-balanced and intentional experience, all attendees must first complete an application.

Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will recieve an invitation to officially register and secure your spot at this event.
​
Due to limited availability and a curated selection of vendors in each category, registration is only open to approved applicants.
